We guarantee our puppies against all genetic defects. When you sign our contract, you have 72 hours to take the puppy to the vet to be checked. Should you fail to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the 72 hrs... the contract will be voided and you will forfeit any refunds.
After the initial vet visit, if you should find out that the puppy has a genetic defect, We will refund the price of the puppy and you will return the puppy to us along with a written statement from the vet stating the defect. All vet costs are the responsibility of the new owner. If another puppy of equal value is available at that time, you will be given the opportunity to replace your puppy.... or get a refund. The breeder will determine which options are available for you at that time.
